Meh

Just got done with a 3 day maintence on my Lightning. It runs like a scolded dog now. Changed plugs, deleted some parts of the PCV but kept it operational. Cleaned injectors and other small stuff. 8lbs of boost on demand. Time for the drag strip! Also time for a professional photoshoot as last week I did a full paint correction and paint detail. Also, in 2 weeks i'll have the center console and cut down stock seat installed. Pics are surely to follow and GOPRO video on request, seeing how CEG still doesn't allow cool videos to be posted here.

I can't wait to see the vids in a few months we will have to get the siblings together. I get the car together and i guess i could do the strip once. I've never been a huge fan of the dragstrip but it has its moments.

OB1 we should have a get together at your house with all of us:laugh: Seriously I do need to get down there before I head out for vacation. John it would be great if you could join us. Even if we meet somewhere in the middle for lunch.

I won't be able to this weekend. I have a balloon fight with a certain godchild and fiancée vs me Saturday.

Sidenote, one of the lightning guys dropped off his 99' Lightning to me today, fully built trans, built engine, nice suspension setup, and to top it off a 2.6L Kenne Bell. Yeah it's ••••ing sick! I'm doing a full paint correction and detail to it. I'll post pics later. I won't be free until June or August to dedicate myself to anything big. I could run out to OB's for a few hours but with the customer lineup and work and military duty i'm busy.

OB i'll shoot you an e-mail this week.

So this is what I've been up too. Both cars were in horrid shape and dirty as all get out. Now they are much better off and happy owners.

Full paint correction details on both and my blue turd in the background. The Cobra is a 86,xxx mile bone stock down to the airfilter. The Red L is fully built yada yada yada.

We will be organizing an SVT meet in the middle GA area soon and i'll post details once we got the dates and place.

Let me know the dates as soon as possible and I will try to come out. I will however be out of town June 8th-15th. Maybe OB1 will come also. I really like the color of your lightning. I have been looking for a fsvt 4 door in that color.

This will be geared for mid July or August. We have kicked around the idea of a bbq family day and even a bbq family day/camp over at a local lake. Whichever we decide details will be posted.

2 of my dream cars there. I was looking for a L when I ended up getting the Dakota R/T, it was extended cab and 7k off sticker with 0% financing, couldn't turn it down. Still have the 04 GT automatic for my wife, she won't drive a stick everyday, so no Cobra for her. Both beautiful. Love the blue on the L.

I will be posting some pretty cool pictures of my L soon and also a dyno vid/sheet... ordered some go fast parts

Ported Eaton Blower
4LB lower crank pulley
XCAL3 w/ SCT2600 MAF
CnL Plenum w/ Ported Stock Throttle Body
AEM Uego Wideband w/ steering column gauge mount
Tuning will be completed by Randy @ Redline Performance in Charleston, SC.

Later this summer i'll have a 1 off rear frame brace added aswell.
Did the center Console mod a few weeks ago, getting all the mods out of the way before I get married and no longer a free man lol
