Hard-core CEG'er
yeah, but my paint is an embarrassment. the clear has started coming off the hood.
the cougar is much faster than the contour was when brian saw it though. turned out the only problem it had was all of the cats where melted. gutted all three of them, put it some mil-eliminators I made, finally put the 2005 UIM on it, and voila, it as fast as it should have been.
also, what me, brian, and everyone else who'd heard the car thought was a power steering pump going? turned out to be the idler pully on the serpentine tensioner. swapped on the one from the spare 2.5l cover that came on the cougar's blown engine and voila, it doesnt sound like a hoopty any more.
need to get my FSVT 6 spokes powder coated though, been putting that off too long. my enkes got ruined, only three of them can be rolled on, and only two are really ok. so I've still been rolling on the two enkies up front with 235's and two of the oem cougar sport rims in the back. it really looks pretty janky.
