almost 3 months later i slapped an alt on this thing. I didn't finish putting it back together yet b/c i wanted to tinker with some other stuff.
 
I'm glad he had spares to. I got down to his house yesterday to replace a sway bar bushing and ps pump only to find out I had a bad front wheel bearing.
 
watched last night as severe thunderstorms rolled through my home town last night and a few funnel clouds reported but hail was a big thing yesterday too. gotta wait to see if the truck or contour were damaged.

I hope they weren't......but yeah it got pretty bad here last night. Of course I live farther north than you do but we got hammered here too. I'm just glad I have a carport to park under.
 
yeah i was watching the radar on how those storms rolling through all of GA. usually its bad in the summer mostly but the past few years its been a few in the winter and few early spring


it rained here for like 10 mins one time. i thought it was going to be all nasty and muddy outside nope. couldnt even tell. and it was pouring cats and hajih's rain too. but we are exciting the rainy season. hellloooooo hot summer!
 
the ground is so dry it soaks the water immediatley. there are few water puddles. and thats mostly concrete water puddles at that. ive cleaned my room 5 times in 2 days because of a dust storm that came through. •••• is crazy
 
that is true. very true. here it seems extremely different. i honestly want to make a very un educated guess and say that the actual rain drop here isnt 100% liquid. I really do think this •••• here is mud rain. its disgusting. but it rained 10 mins the other week. cats and dogs. just hammered us. and not 3 hours later other then the puddles at given locations it looked like rain never happened.
 
ive been watching the news and weather.com lately and yall have been getting pounded. the carolina's/Alabama/GA with some severe thunderstorms lately. 5 storm deaths on what monday? nasty ••••. unfortunate.
