I just got an email from Sig Sauer saying I completed my $300 rebate for my 556. BUT....they said, " You are certainly welcome to receive the rebate check of $300, or you can instead select a $500 accessories package. The accessories package can include anything you would find on our website,"

What what what would you do?

They have pelican cases for $170!
 
To all the people that shot me a PM in the last 2 weeks or so I'm slowly going back through them. give me a minute i've been bogged down by work.
 
Cleaned the truck up today and yesterday. Polished my exhaust tips out too no more rust on em! All Ford Show this weekend in Macon, expect a pic and vids thread sunday. Ill throw yall some shots of the Cobra and L today.

I'd probably go with accessories. And since you're getting $200 for free, why don't you get me one of those $170 Pelican cases for my AR? ;) You'll still get to keep an extra $30.

Only made for the Sig556, with the folding stock. I plan on buying a Magpul CTR stock so the case would be useless for me. So it would be easy for me to get and then give to you once I got the Magpul, but I doubt your AR has a folding stock.

Pelican case, Laser/strobe/flashlight/grip, 4 polymer mags...Im still opticsless (if thats a word). That 300 could go to a nice new EOtech mmmmhmm.

Test drove a 5-speed IS300 yesterday. Turned off the traction control system after .03 miles; VERY intrusive. Exhaust was annoyingly loud, but the handling was impecable. Engine didn't like to rev; which was bad since it ran out of torque around 3k and power didn't come in until 4.5k+ so it would fall a little flat in the midrange. But I reckon just 218ish HP and TQ will do that. Overall decent car, but not for me. Keep it wound up high for fun driving.
 
Lexus dealership next to where i work, watch them come by all the time. Sound like a little ricer, look good but just loud for factory car.
 
Back. Got home early. Starting work on the Lightning. Figured its got decent power so im starting interior first. System then Dual bucket seats along with center console. gauges and done with interior. Bought a decent Memphis 12 today. Getting amp/headunit/door speakers at a later date. Ordered a Punisher Street Valve Body also today. Here we go smexy interior time! can anyone say Corbeau?
 
When im done sure. All i did today was buy a sub. The system should be installed in the next 3 weeks. Buckets this summer along with console. Guages and etc also. Hopefully i can pull off a deployment so i can pay the sucker off quick like. Pics will come though no doubt
 
I went out shooting today. I borrowed a friends 30-06. Pretty fun to shoot long range but it was a lot more tiring than a lot of other rounds Ive shot. It was my first time shooting a 30-06. Ill stick with .223rem. I just need a scope and suppressor and Ill have a bigger smile.

Im also trying to get good groupings with my brothers Glock22 .40S&W. I just bought 2000 rounds of .40 for 700 bucks delivered.

I love shooting, but I sold all my guns when I ran into legal trouble... >.< Nothing violent, or drug related, but I cant own any for awhile.
 
One of these days I'm going to end up with an M1 Garand (to my wife's surprise). The itch has been strong lately!
