MAF help!

It might be in vain. The torx screws require security bits with holes in the middle. At least they do on my car, and I think it's the same for your SVT. You can just remove the entire MAF assembly and spray clean it rather than cleaning it manually.

you need to melt that platic out,use a lighter or a heat gun.
oh,david..forgot to tell you, that maf electronics i gave you is from my car, never had a cel so its golden to use.

well, who the hell is david..lol. every package i get from your place says david..lol.
yeah, its from my car..i currently have your filthy one on my car

just take a grinder to the screws and cut a slot in them for a flat blade screw driver. and you don't want to mess with the sensor or the housing ....

I think it's his pops. I always have to remember to change the name to Alex when I ship something over because PayPal says David.

I used vise grips to remove the one with the plastic in it. I had an extra MAF I bought from a friend so I used the other screw from it. You can buy the security torx driver (a muti bit tool) at an electrical supply house.
