I freaking love that! Looks great man. I have always wanted to paint some stockers graphite or bronzeish but idk the work involved. How hard was it to paint those?

Used a scuffing pad to scuff the clearcoat and used sandpaper on the chips and scratches. Washed really good with Castrol Superclean. Taped off the tires and valve stem. Sprayed a couple of coats of Dupicolor Graphite Wheel Paint.

Holy fark they turned out good....you kept the tires on!? Damn nice work...the red badging is cool.

The wheel color is awesome and my wheels will end up that color (or a bit darker) sooner or later but I'm going to pay about $200.00 to have them re-done. This is ofcoarse if I don't find someone to buy them so I can get the Rota RB's, the wheels I really wanted but weren't available when my car came out over 2 years ago. I think the "old school" Mazda badges really set your car off, but maybe you can take a good pic of the cool sticker I had made for your car:shrug:

BTW, doesn't Parkedcar do the best work:cool: Making your dreams and idea's come to life, that's what Mike and VFX can do for you!!!

The badges look really cool, but not on the front grille. Do they make an aftermarket or is there any to get rid of the crossbar?

There is a grille that is emblemless. Crossbar is still there not to mention I would have to cut the existing bumper since it is built into it.

I'd have went with black for the backround, then painted the bar in the grill to match the flat gunmetal area in the upper region of the lower grill opening.

I also would have probably went for darker rims and done something else with the front tag too, if I were to be critical

red does happen to be my favorite color though, fyi...

Love the vintage Mazda logos...I really wanted to put them on my Mazdaspeed...just never got around to it. Kudos, looks awesome!

I'd have done White Emblem with graphite Back ground.. but that still looks so fresh and so clean ....clean. what ever lolol...I cant rap.

Thanks all!

The badges were made before the wheel painting so any other color backing wouldn't have came up. The red backround was to match the reddish color from the oil cap and lettering/stitching on the seats.

Everyone and their mom paints the MS3 and MS6 wheels black; I did graphite.

I have thought about painting the crossbar on the grille...that may be done.
