Just when I.....

you sure that isn't something the dealer did? the rear mats are not in plastic ...

Your probably right, I guess when I looked at all the beautiful customization I was distracted from the fact is was being sold at a dealership and not by an individual.

They do look good from here though.

really? i wouldn't install a luggagw rack but i never thought the trunk was flimsy. now the hood on the other hand...

Really? Its the other way around for me. I think this hood is solid but the trunk lid has the bumper syndrome when it seems like they forgot to add some support to it.

YIKES!! I can honestly say i have not seen that SVT around here before. It was probably some Hoosier that they got it from.:laugh:

FWIW, I got my 00 from a used dealer in the same area (Dixie Highway is almost nothing but used dealers) with 77K miles for ~$5800 out the door. I dont see them selling it like it is for that price.

If I can sell my Lincoln, and they still have the car, I might see if they'll come down. It wouldn't be much work to replace the trunk lid, and remove all of that plastic garbage they installed all over the car.

Dooo ittt!!! I was thinking the same thing. Overall it's in really nice shape, just need to swap out the trunk lid and remove the wood accents and get new rim center covers and it would be one clean ride.
