really expensive all togeather. went to harrys in pensburg. interior is complete now and can be finished very soon.

i just so happens that i have the price list for parts from the junkyard i go to. heres so you can compare.

Seatbelt-$8.50
no listing for airbag cover because its illegal to sell them in NY
Floormat-$4
Center Console(entire thing, not just that part with the cupholders)-$10
Door Panel- $12.50
Fender- $10

I made another trip to Harry's in Allentown.
Got a few parts for someone, cost me a small fortune. They have certain people working the register that like to over charge. From now on I think I'll hit the BIG U-Pull-It lot, unless I need a small part. The big yard is cheaper.

Oh, and thanks Glenn. You taking all those handles off made my job even easier! ;)

It's getting bad at the Allentown and Pennsburg yards. Some of them charge accordingly and other cashiers overcharge.

I must say, I got a few things at the yard when I went with Glenn and the guy didn't charge me. It all depends on who's running the register.

Glad you got all the parts that you needed. :)

At the one in Hazelton they usually have so many people in line that they look at your stuff and give you a price, they don't have time to strickly adhere to the list.
From now on, unless I need something quick, I will go to the big U-Pull-It lot.

I want to go to Harry's again, but the big yard this time. :o

I still want to know how he came to $9.36 for all the crap I had.

I also remembered I forgot the carpeting for the trunk so I could try my little test.
