The time has come for my next engine. Yes I know that this motor uses VVT, I have a standalone ecu I can control it with no problem. My main concern with getting this engine is to rid myself of roller finger followers so I can take full advantage of what my ecu has to offer (antilag).

I found a good deal on a jag motor for even less than a Lincoln LS motor with the same miles. It is quite far away so I want to see if anyone has an info on this. Perhaps I will be the first person to seriously consider/do this however.

My main questions are

1) Motor mounts (position/bolt holes) are the same?
2) I assume bellhousing bolt pattern is different, but that windage and oil pan can be swapped to make work for MTX75, anyone looked at this before?

I searched but find no concrete "yes this motor will bolt in" or solid answers.

It is a 3L block so the MTX75 would bolt up. I think the heads are quite a bit different so certain things may or may not fit (accessories/brackets/sensors).
