interior liner falling off sunroof sunshade....how do you remove the sun shade??

I need to reglue/reattach my sunshade liner on my 98 SVT. It is hanging down and is only attached around the grab handle. Can I fix with spray adhesive in place or do I need to remove the sunshade from the track? If so how do I get it out?

Same thing happened to mine recently. I tried some 3M glue, which seemed promising, but I couldn't get the back fully stuck (secured) so it peeled off as soon as I tried to close the shade for the first time. Sounds like you have to get an interior shop to do it or buy a new shade. It's annoying.

you remove the glass and then the shade will come out the top.
