Hard-core CEG'er
Oh yeah header gaskets, forgot to mention those...well worth $10-11 for the Fel-Pro set ordered a day in advance from...well, Advance haha. That's really cheap for peace of mind that you won't need to repeat all that work if the original gasket leaks. I was pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive they were and also how much more substantial they are than the OEMs (much thicker and less flimsy). I wouldn't bother with new manifold studs and nuts unless yours are extraordinarily rusty and/or damaged from removal, but I did replace all my exhaust and y-pipe flange nuts and bolts with ones from the hardware store because they probably will be pretty ugly, plus you can use generic hardware that fits.
In fact, now that I think about it, you will NEED to get at least one pair of nuts/bolts for IIRC the front header since the stock manifold has studs built into the flange whereas the MSDS header has holes for a through bolt. Sorry if you already thought about all this stuff, don't mean to state the obvious.
