I need info, my ford dealer sucks!

Im swapping out my oem clutch with a spec stage 1 clutch. I need trans fluid for my mtx-75 and flud for my clutch(slave cylinder?). what fluids do i need to buy and how much do i need for each my trans and clutch. i tryed to get info from the dealership but they suck and dont have specs for the 1998 contour SE v6.

Im using OEM ford full synthetic trans fluid from dealership, and your slave is operated off a dual resevoir with your brakes... so brake fluid ;p

Joe - the tranmission takes ~2.8 - pointless to spend the extra 20 or so on MTX you dont need...

yep, what they said. The hydralics lines for you breaks and clutch are shared and they use the same reservoir. While bleeding the clutch I also like to bleed the brakes, although its not necessary. Also, I like to use Royal Purple trans fluid over the Ford trans fluid, but its not bad.
