Hey guys, some of you may remember I posted a how-to for fiberglass kick pods on the old forums a couple years ago. Well they were for my 95se with goldish tan interior. Now that I have a tan interior contour again, I got them back from the friend I sold the 95 to. They were selling the car and gave them back to me for free! MBQ QM 61/2" in doors and Eclipse 4" and tweets in the pods. Anyways, the passenger vinyl seem is seperating (it is over 5 years old now) and the grills are missing, but they still rock. The speakers are mounted on a black laminate recessed surface and the grills mount flush with the outside vinyled edge. Here are a couple pics:

They look great but they really need a grill over them. I would think a hole would get punched into them in no time.

I'm not sure. I just spent 20 minutes searching the old forums for it and couldn't find it. It did rely on drawing I made on MS Paint though. Probably wouldn't do much good. It takes some serious time to make them. I can redo the how-to if you want, but it will take a little time.

yeah i forsee.... POOOFFF... foot through that nice pod.... why couldn't you put those in the door? (the speakers that is)

There are MBQ Q series 6.5" in the doors. Really, they aren't in the way at all. My wife drives the car most of the time and if she hasn't done it, it probably won't happen. I am going to put the grills on hopefully sometime this month.
