In these times of bigger and flashier wheels this is a throw back. I want to run 15" steel wheels with trim rings and hub caps on my Contour. I like the 9 1/2" caps off the early 90's Tempos. My question is, what type of lug nut or other retaining devise holds these caps on? A picture would be very helpful. Also, if anyone still has any of the lug nuts/retainers they would be willing to part with, please let me know. Thanks in advance! :help::help:

For 15" wheels, I have no idea. The stock 14" wheels on the Contour come with hubcaps that secure using a giant circlip-type ring that fits snug into the lip of the wheel. Contours never came with 15" steelies so I'd need to see them first, but I'd imagine they are the same.

Focus 15" steelies should work and the lug nuts have a big washer dealy on them. I ran stainless trim rings and center caps on my 90 escort back in the day and it look sharp

That hub cap that you have pictured there snaps into the Polycast wheel. They arent held in any other way that i know of.
