How to fix my radiator??

Well I'm looking for suggestions here...

The alignment post on my SVT radiator was snapped back. It fits snug back in place, however I previously tried to fix it using a high-temp plastic epoxy. It has a slow leak and replacing the radiator isn't an option since it's a discontinued part from Ford (buttholes). So since the high-temp epoxy didn't appear to work does anyone else have any ideas or a proven method that's worked in the past?
 
no they're not. all aftermarket radiators for the SVT are only 1" thick, they are regular radiators. Only way to get a 2" SVT radiator is from Ford or a junk yard. I know, I looked EVERYWHERE for a good month, and many many phone calls later, I just went to a junk yard.

Tiz the truth... unfortuately. All aftermarket radiators are for the regular Contiques. You can check for yourself... try looking up the radiator for say a 98 Contour SE 2.5L, look at the part number, and then compare it to the one you find when you search for a 98 Contour SVT. It will be the same. If you find one that isn't then I'll be amazed and then I will thank you because I will have an easy solid solution to my problem.
 
did you try that plastic weld stuff? regular epoxy cant withstand that much pressure. the plastic stuff can withstand like 7700 lbs of force where the other stuff just holds crap like your shoe together. i had some on my civics radiator and it held like a charm till the whole thing rotted out and i got a new one :) i have some of the stuff i can run it to you on sunday evening if you want :)

Yes that would be awesome if you don't mind. Oh and I heard word back from my brother that I can keep the S-AFC now. The other guy didn't care, so he was like enjoy the S-AFC I gave you with the Tsi for $50 (which was the amount he paid extra for the guy to keep it wired in if he was to give him the one in my car that was his). Apparently the guy already spent the money my brother gave him for the car to buy a new turbo setup for his 99 Eclipse GST... must be one helluva turbo for 1200 bucks.

Anyhow I am still going to have to drop the radiator out to fix it. As I have to remove all of the high-temp plastic epoxy I used in the first place.
