I know.:blackeye: i liked your car.
with a ported head, high compression pistons, cams, header, exhaust, ITBs, UDP, and a tune you could probably make 200+ BHP.
to go to a 3L you will have to swap the subframe, trans, wiring harnes, PCM etc. its a lot of work to do that kind of swap.
200BHP is ~175WHP so my estimate of 200+ BHP with all that you mentioned PLUS ported head and cams that i mentioned is a fair one, IMO.I know of a zetec with cam gears, custom tune, straight through exhaust, header, UDP, custom cold air intake thats putting down 160whp.
possibly more because it was dynoed before the header was on it.
