the low gas light has an arrow pointing towards the side where the fuel door is. I saw this today as I run out of gas lol

the little arrownext to the pump looking thing is not an svt thing....my stock 95 GL has it. just had to say that.

Since you drive a 98 you need a cluster from a 98 svt that says normal above the temp. I have a 98 and made the same mistake when I put in a cluster out of a 2000. I know this is an old thread but just thought I would put my 2 cents in on it. Just do a WTB and somebody will chime in with a cluster for sale with arrow.Had that thought already when I tried putting a gauge in off a V6 cluster (with the arrow) and it operated backwards. Perhaps it was the wrong year cluster. The easier solution is to hurry up and buy the wife a new car so I can have my Contour back. I don't have an issue with the fuel gauge as it is.
