High output cougar S

Team Ford has actually sold parts from the "production" Cougar S. NECO has some members with OEM Cougar S parts installed (badges, dual exhaust, etc).

There has always been confusion on NECO and CEG about the Cougar S. There was the concept model, and the "production" model, which was cancelled just months before it was supposed to be released. It shows up in tons of parts databases as an available trim level for 2001.

I think I remember Bill from team Ford trying to sell a Cougar S clutch on here awhile back. He said that it looks like our clutch and was wondering if anyone wanted to try it, I don't know if any one on here ever did.

WOW you weren't kidding. I looked on team ford's site and found a few H/O parts for the 2001 cougar.

HA! I wasn't expecting a Ford database to show it. I figured they would have at least deleted it after some time. I was thinking more along the lines of AutoZone, Advance Auto, NAPA, Rock Auto, etc.

i found The S clutch, flywheel, gauge cluster, Even the heads. heads are not available on the site though, just a listing. i am sure that there is more listed.
