the focus cams and cam gears should bolt straight on, unless they are very extreme and need buckets and shims etc. i put comp cams straight on my mondeo 2.0 zetec head with no probs.
you may be able to get the intake manifold to fit if you fit a smaller alternator and alter the bracket.
the UDP should go straight on unless you bought the wrong type, again i have a UDP on a blacktop zetec mondeo and a focus oversized crank pulley on a silvertop zetec mondeo (to up the boost on the supercharger).
also i have a complete ford focus jackson racing supercharger kit on a mondeo zetec, took some fiddling to make the inlet manifold fit but its all up and running.
i'm using the zxtuner.com cougar zetec header on mine, there was a thin water pipe along the front of the engine in the way so we moved it back a bit.
the easiest way to make all the focus bits go straight on is swap the whole engine for the focus one.
