Hello everyone.

Plenty you can do

Plenty you can do

There's plenty you can do both inside and out.

I've got a '95 Contour SE with around 61K on it and yours looks cleaner as far as the body goes. My grandma had mine before me and she started driving off the road near the end -- hence why I got it.

They are great cars. I'm currently in the process of changing out all the interior LEDs from the stock green to blue. Not sure why, but it sure does look nicer. I've got the doors pretty much done (will post some pictures). Next up, the dash!

Good luck! There are a lot of great people here who can help you through almost any problem you might have.

hmmmmm. never thought of that :) I am guessing it is a problem with 95 secondaries being vacume operated. Gluegoose had the same problem. when the engine is cold, the car would stumble/not rev up under 3.5K RPMS. Once you got it above that point it was fine. I am guessing the secondaries were not creating a good enough vacume to close.

once again. thanks.

The HSO only had 2 more hp and 5 more lb/ft tq.

as far as meeting the NE guys, are they the ones that showed in Carlisle All Ford Nationals this year with all the contours/mystiques??? they were parked right behind the Tempos (i was there). and i'd never join the club just to join. I like to learn as much as i can about the car, get idea's from ya'll and help ya'll out with things as i learn. like, right now i'm probably one of the most educated people when it comes to working on and stats of a Tempo/Topaz, and i plan on learning all i can about Contours/Mystiques.
