hard to shift in any gear...

I have problems with the manual transmision of my csvt 00 , all the gears are difficult to engange ( 1st , 2nd, 3rd and 4th are most difficult) (5th and reverse less) , this happen with the engine on or off , i already tried bleeding the clutch with the same result , i also checked the en bushings of the shift cables and are in good condition.

any suggestions really appreciate .

A transmission fluid change may help some. Royal Purple Synchro-Max seems to be a favorite for this.
