Hey everyone. I've had my SVT for several months now, and I've posted in the new member classroom already saying I would post pics. Well, now is that time. I have several pics of the car, so I will share them with you.

It's a '99 with 177,000 miles. Keep that in mind. I've just been driving it and enjoying it so far, but I have a few issues I need to resolve in the future.

I'm sorry for the photo quality on some, but the lower quality ones were taken with a cell phone which is a shame because that was probably the cleanest I've had the car so far ... :)

Is it just me, or is that car really in that great of shape?! Goodness, your front bumper looks great! But of course, the pics may be hiding it! Good lookin car.

Looks like this car never slept outside through its years, looks good!

Thanks everybody!

The car is a 1 owner, the guy bought it new in 2000 as a leftover, and drove the balls off it on the highway. He lived far away from his girlfriend, who was far away from his work which was far away from his home. You get the picture ;)

It's in extremely good condition for any car of this age, let alone at this mileage. with a good saturday spent on detailing, it could be nearly flawless.

The photos do hide the fact that the paint on the front bumper has been dulled down after millions of bugs and stones hitting it over the years, but I imagine a little polish would make it look a little better. The car was the guy's baby, so it lived in his garage. I wish I could give it the same treatment myself, but unfortunately my parents have first dibs on the garage. It will spend this winter in the pole barn though!

Hey everyone, I know I don't spend a lot of time here, but I did spend a good 3 hours on the exterior of the contour yesterday. The color of my car looks alot darker in these pics because it was an overcast day, so the sun didn't gleam off it an make it look so good. Here are the results of a wash, clay bar, wax job:

Thanks man! I'm afraid it's going to have to go up for sale, as my automotive interests head off in a different direction.

Just goes to show that with a little care a car, any car, can still look good down the road, good job! Its rare for two reasons, one its green and two, its bone stock!

How rare is the green color on these? maybe my 177,000 miles cancels out the rareness of the green though... ;)
