I said it before and I'll say it again. Theres no way he revved it to 8k, specially on a stock motor, and since you show no evidence of a chip or removed park neutral limiter im going to have to call BS again.but while car was in shop, mechanic revved over 8000 rpms and floated the valves.
Well, I live in Murfreesboro, TN. It would be awsome if I could get a nearby CEG'r to help w/the install. I def don't want to go through another tranny. I have been hard on it a few times, but much easier now that I know that bout the tranny.
Well, the revving thing is based on what he (the mechanic) told me, but I find it silly to argue about it, so I won't. The ENTIRE point of this thread is that I have a new FRPP head on the Contique. So, reguardless as to what mechanic told me, I was trying to help out a friend who's family was in need and got screwed over (there was much more than the head that I had to fix).pre98zetec
