Before anyone can help you, we need to know what engine you have (since you didn't specify and have nothing in your sig).
The oil pressure gauge you have will need a sending unit, and you'll have to find a place to put said sending unit. There are lots of threads on the old boards about where the best place is for this... seems like a lot of work, glad the previous owner put one in for me!
Now the Water Temp MAY work with the factory unit, but I'll bet that they are not calibrated the same, so you probly won't get the right reading on the aftermarket gauge. However, on the V6, the sending unit for this is below the intake. You'll need to take off the intake tube to gain access.
The A/F ratio gauge is nearly useless if you don't have a wideband O2 sensor. However, the proper wire to connect it is located on the passenger side in a bundle of wires, but I don't remember which color it is.
Best bet, go to the old forums and search around...
Oh, and the reason why the factory oil pressure sensor won't work with the guage is that it only has "OFF" and "ON" settings. So you will get full tilt on the gauge depending what the light on the dash is doing. If wired "correctly" your guage will read full tilt max pressure when the light is out, but will read full tilt no pressure when the light is on. There will not be any in-between reading. Thus, you need an analog sending unit rather than the digital sensor already on the car.
