I should have added it works for me, but your results may vary due to different factory tunes and how the car is maintained. Perhaps I should have said "Kids, don't true this yourself at home".
That's what I was thinking after reading your first post... Didn't seem like you were telling everyone it's safe to run ALL SVTs with 87, just that you do and have had no adverse effects.
Personally, 91+ isn't hurting my wallet, so I'd rather not push my luck with 87, especially how unreliable my SVT is.
Next thing ya know is some kid on here blaming you for their spun bearings because they told the mechanic they ran 87 since it was cheaper, so it must have been the gas that caused the problem... Ya never know! :shrug:
