Just wanted to let you know beans. I purchased that fuel rail and will be doing a new setup with it.

Are those compression fittings on the fuel lines? If so come on man make the lines the right way. That is just asking for problems. Also did you use 37° fittings on the fuel rail? If not just buy some push-loc to AN fittings and use them on the fuel rail, they are like $6-7 a piece. If your using the original Ford lines coming up to the old fuel rail with the spring lock fittings get an adapter to AN fitting. Aeromotive has these as does Russell Performance.

Double flared them

Good man, 37° for the AN side? As you may know standard flaring tools from your average hardware/retail store are typically 45°. While they may seem like they seal... long term, not good.

EDIT: Also brake line flaring tools are also 45°

On the initial daily startup she's rough. She pops but then fires right up. Only thing I could think of is lack of fuel pressure. I believe it is supposed to hold at 26psi. Check engine light do I'm just kinda fishing in the dark.

I tried keying on and off four times. Each time letting the fuel pump completely prime. When I start her she pops like she did when the injectors were frozen up. Almost like a timing issue, but she fires up and no issues. I want to say from memory this had started since I manipulated my fuel system redesign.
