Started noticing since the the weather is warming up and I've had the passenger side window down so I've been able to hear it.

I'm hearing the typical squeaking & creaking noises when the front right side suspension deflects. I can easily reproduce by manually bouncing the front right corner of the car. Is this indicative of anything specific...or just a more general indication of something?
I'm guessing sway bar bushings based upon my initial searching thus far.
Can struts make this kind of noise??? It does pass the 'bounce' test, though I know that this isn't a full proof test of a struts condition.

I've not done any mods to the suspension. All stock and nothing has been replaced, except rear sway bar end links.

i had this same problem with a pontiac grand am...on the right side to. if you have someone else push done on the car it will be easier to get closer to the noise which on the pontiac it was coming from the strut which also passed the bounce test. i believe the noise is from a loss of pressure like a leak in the strut. the owner of the vehicle didnt believe my theory and went with their own so i replaced the ball joints and the sway bar bushings and it was still making the noise. she took it to a garage they told her it needed struts. run my test and have someone else push on the car while you get closer to the noise...that should take you straight to ur problem.
