Fright Fest!!!!!!!

I was thinking about planning it for the 18th but if the Fall meet gets rained out and switched for that day, then I will switch it for the 19th. Hopefully people will be flexible for that weekend. It should be a great time to go before Halloween and the only weekend it looks like open since every other has stuff going on.

It should be fun, and Six Flags New England always does a awesome job. I know people talked about it before so i thought i would throw it out there to see if anyone is interested. Hopefully I can get a group to go. :crazy: I remember reading that it didn't work out for the Ohio ride park to SZ so we can finally go on some rollercoasters. Last I heard it's $30/person to get in.
 
We're leaving the 18th open for now in case of rain on the 11th (fall meet).
19th we're going to an FTE bbq meet to give the truck some love.
 
thats the fun thing about these 'haunted' house, theme park things, they really aren't scary.
just a bunch people dressed up jumping at you and screaming in your face.

Ed Zachary. But there are actual haunted attractions that are different than walking around the normal park areas. I went Saturday. The haunted house is $10 and the walk through the woods or whatever it is is $7 on top of everything else. Just so you know in advance.

I went out to Home Depot tonight and bought a $5 RediShade to cover the kitchen door.

Paper windowblinds on metal doors ftw?

It was very fun. I wish we had time to do the Fright Fest stuff but none of us had been on a roller coaster in years so that was our main reason for being there. It was pretty busy, there was an hour wait for the Superman coaster but of course it was worth it. I would go again this year if it weren't so expensive but next year the Fright Fest stuff will be at the top of the list.
