Long story short, I picked these up used a while back for a great price and was unsure of what to do with them... So, they got refinished and put on the Focus. They turned out quite well (after 3 tries and a huge hassle from the shop)... Anywho here's a couple pictures...

Installed!

Notice, the E1's on my Contour with the original finish. This is a good representation that they are slightly darker than the factory finish.

Enjoy the pics!

I bought it at the end of last year with 79k on it and it's now got about 86k. So far it hasn't had any real issues. The only thing that I was a bit disappointed about is that a few of the rear suspension bushings were worn when I got it and I need to replace them pretty soon. That's the only complaint I have and I have a suspicion that it is because the previous owner felt the need to try to grease them even though they're obviously not grease-able. The car corners pretty well and brakes are great thanks to Ford upgrading them in '05 (iirc). It does great on gas too. I've been pulling around 30mpg and got 33mpg on my last tank. I haven't had the car on the road for a full tank yet but the previous owner said it got high 30's on the road. My driving is a mix of highway and city (no real stop and go though unless I get stuck in rush hour traffic). I think that's about it, if you have any specific questions feel free to ask!

It looks that way in the pic but there is one there. I had a real nice set of lug nuts that I purchased a while back and the threads were a little rough on that one stud so I didn't want to risk damaging a brand new lug nut. But I can assure you it's there... :)

Planning on fixing that in about a month when I do the suspension overhaul & lower it.
