I have been noticing the thin black foam that is under the rear package tray and vents is disintegrateing. Anyone else have this happen. With the heater on I find little bits of the foam on the upper dash panel. Foam in the front defroster (?) may be breaking down too???? How to rectify???

yes this will happen as the cars get older. I do not recall anyone doing anything about it. You would have to dig into where the foam is located and replace.

Once in awhile I get a chunk of foam blasted out of the vents :blackeye:.

Ahhhh, that would explain what occasionally falls on me in the car. The one day I thought it was fallout from a fire.
