It would be awesome for you guys to make it. Dont worry there is plenty of time there really isnt anything planned till late in 08. So if you plan ahead Im sure you can have a nice caravan down here.

i surf maryland, and outerbanks. there have also been alot of good surfers from the EAST coast

Im pretty sure that in the X games, the East owns the West when it comes to surfing. You can surf on the East Coast. As long as your on the Atlantic and not the Gulf of Mexico. My brother surfs all the time in the St. Augustine region. Sure they arent the biggest waves and all, but you can still surf.
