no they are in gelcoat ready for paint if you are referring to the fiberglass sets which are 40 + 5.00 shipping.

yes, they are fiberglass and come gelcoated ready for paint.

No, that would take a lot of extra work to paint each set according to the customer's color. I went to NAPA and picked up a can of Duplicolor silver frost paint and a can of clearcoat. The color match is perfect and it cost less than $10.
