Get some PB blaster on the bolts holding the seats in now. Snapped the head off one on each side. And I removed these about 2 years ago... the first time they were worse.
I failed to mention, it was about 4 hours to do, not counting removing the interior. Leave probably another hour for that. Take advantage of the carpet being out though... peel off the jute, and scrub the carpet down with some water or a pressure washer. You can get it super clean, and it only takes about a day to dry.
