Got this SVT from R-code... spent the last week detailing the exterior and interior.... still needs lots of love. The paint has some fade and needs a buff job at least... the interior cleaned up very nicely except for the carpet in the front, but a set of MNB floor mats will cover all the blemishes...

I'm a current 01 Cougar owner and love my coug... but i'm excited to now be an SVT Contour owner as well...

The car has a 3L with a spun bearing... I'm going to pull the 3L hybrid out of my cougar to drop into the SVT... and a bored and stroked 3L with Vortech is going into the coug...

I plan to basically restore the SVT, it will keep the mods that has already been done to it... the only mod I'm intending at this point is to add an oem spoiler, which I already sourced at a local pick and pull.

Today was gorgeous in VA! Did some more detail work on the exterior... washed it, scrubbed the rims and dressed the trim... got the interior cleaning done and put a set of stock mats in it. Went ahead and detailed the rest of the family fleet today too!

Very nice Ford/Mercury fleet you have there! The SVT cleaned a real nice. :)
