Detroit hit by a Tropic storm?

Glad its running.

Im done helping you swap 3 liters into your car...

Trust me, I have no desire to do another one anytime soon, especially not in this cold. Though I'm glad I decided to pull the first one right away rather than run it into the ground. The original one still looks really good, so the next owner should have no repurcussions from my stupid mistake, lol. Just need to get it sold (check the classifieds, lol)

Is it just me, or are you missing a windshield wiper?

Whatever the case, the car is looking good.

Yup, lol. SOMEBODY misplaced one of the wiper retaining nuts when they removed them, so I need to dig one up still. The car definately isn't considered "done", just the major foundation work is done on the powertrain and suspension. Still some plans for additional upgrades by SZ, things like audio, lights, brakes, seats, wheels, and some rear suspension restoration. A bunch of this stuff I either have or is in process (ahem ;) ) Just not ready to put on the car yet.

A quick rundown of what is in the car now, is 04 3L w/ SVT cams and ST220 intake manifold, trans rebuilt w/ all new bearings etc and a torsen, and all gears were micronite finished (trans work was done by Liberty's gears in Dearborn, MI). Xcal2 w/ PRP is for tuning, as is a wideband O2 sensor. I also put in some bat springs over the top of spax adjustable struts. And the battery was relocated to the trunk w/ an Odyssey PC925 providing the juice. Leftover from before it went into hibernation was just some FSVT front brakes and a B&M shifter.

Oh, and it has 93k miles on it, same as when it was parked nearly two years ago :( I bought it w/ 13 miles on it :D

I do have one right on the top of my bucket full of bolts. I'll be in your area in the next day or so brian, so you might find one on your front porch. :)

Sweet. You'd be my hero, lol.

btw, the wife is home from school this week, so try not to scare her when you drop by, lol. And feel free to drop off any other good parts, lol.
If you are going to be around Farmington Hills or Dearborn at lunch time at all this week, call my cell and we can try to meet up for lunch . . .
