David Godfrey's XR4ti with 3L and turbo

that'll be a first... you should have seen all the ones that were there at Carlisle, im guessing maybe 100+ of them jus THERE. only maybe 20 give or take a few that were seriously painted and done up nice.

In the later years there were at least a couple colors you could get in mono. . . All 3 of mine were white, but I believe you could get mono red and mono black as well.

I did have another one, it was black, but it did have the gray cladding, so it wasn't monotone.

i think he is talking about how crappy all the cars were there and how they had multicolored/bondo'd parts all over. pretty funny. i liked the merkur truck. anyone get a pic of that?

your right, coming from the merkur camp my self having an 87 XR4ti as my ast car, the 87.5 you could get the mono colors in red blake and white, but all the other colors you got the black bumper

Could you do me a favor and not post any more. Off to the User CP I go.

lol

Thats pretty sick. I think the shifter is a little ricey though.

that handle looks the like the MGW shifter in my cobra  except for the fighter style shift knob.

that car is CLEEEEEEEEEEAN! im not feeling the tiny old school style wheels on it though. i think it would look SOOO much better with something a little more modern, although im sure he's probably going for the old school look.

lol @ todras getting pwnt by the owner and having to wait a few hours for him to start the car  sounds like a dick though. every car get-together ive ever attended people are more than happy to fire their cars up for others. hell, at sema, some people even do it inside the buildings
