The BMWs I've been in light up orange-ish like 80s Pontiacs.

I like VWs blue LED lit clusters... those are hot.

yes these where made for the mondeo and don't sit quite right but they work very nicely as you can see. I got them from the german ebay for about $30 shipped, looked for seller seiferttom

Which makes my wonder… might be some business here for BAT.

Maybe an enterprising CEGer would do the installs for some cash since it sounds like patience and attention to detail is needed to do it right.

Anyway, these add to the overall interior without making it garish.

I recently installing the Ford Dash warp repair kit to both my cars. The metal defroster vent cover concerned me until I had the dashes back in and I could see that it really did look very good. No more dash warp… ever. Factory installed look - the metal cover is (not surprising) a perfect fit.

I don’t mind pulling the bezel one more time to attach these trim rings to the turbo car. There was a fellow who used to modify the bezel center vents for two gauges – His modifications had a nice factory look to them. I may give that a try myself while doing the rings.

what you will find when installing these is that the edge of the guage cluster cover as a beveled/tappered edge to it. It appears that the mondeo might have a sharp/flat edge. these will sit on top without much issue if you are pacient when installing them. I suppose if one wanted to make then sit flat against the guages you could cut the suround out until they fit snug and down flat against the guages. personally I think that is to much work.

you can also find the rings for teh headlight switch and hvac from other sellers on ebay. However I do not believe that the hvac one will fit at all.
