clicking noise from rear brakes

i did the rear brake conversion a few months ago and and recently when ever i back up and step on the brakes you can hear a clicking noise coming from the rear brakes on both sides. I tried bleeding the brakes and that wasnt it. Someone told me to pull up on the parking brake a little bit and then try to reverse and I tried it and the clicking was gone, what could this be.
 
Parking brake automatic adjuster was probably stuck. When you pulled up the parking brake handle and reversed, it probably tripped the adjuster and it started working fine again.
 
how do i fix it cause as soon as i let the parking brake down the clicking starts again
