CD File Format

So I didn't know where to put this, so here's my question:


For those of you who have the 96 style factory CD player, what file format do I need to burn my CDs in to play?

Search results landed nothing.

I read that those may not play CD-Rs in general but that Kodak's Gold or Silver Ultima may be one of the few CD-Rs that may work, it's worth a try. Good Luck!

Burned cd's are typically a no no on the stock crap

back when my factory cd player was working it would play cdr's no problem. but I ended up changing it when it keep saying ERROR when I put any cd in

you have to burn them as cd's .... you can't burn them in a mp3 format, etc ...

yeah burn in audio format; not mp3, m4a, acc stuff like that
