OK I need everyone that plans to attend CarCraft to agree on a meeting time and place to have this taken care of. If you can not meet I need money to pay for you. Everyone needs to be registered at the same time to receive the discount. We have until July 12th and I would prefer that we have everyone registered by July 10th to allow people to receive information in the mail.

Again if you can not make it to the meeting I need $43 (registration = $40, processing fee $3) and the following information PM'd to me:

Personal Information
name
date of birth
address
phone number
email

Vehicle Information
Year
Make
Model
Type of vehicle(ie 2wd, 4wd, AWD)
Color
License Plate #
Insurance Carrier
Insurance Policy #

Please let me know if you still plan on attending along with what day you would like to meet (Monday 7/9, Tuesday 7/10). I can meet you seperately in person to collect money/information if necessary, but would need to meet somewhere not to far from Coon Rapids. However I would prefer if all of us could sit down together to do this.

On a side note:
I'm still trying to get my car going for that weekend we'll see though that's pushing it. :)

I know I know :laugh:

Should be picking up the short block today or tomorrow. Hopefully I can get the heads back by saturday or sunday at the latest :cool:

If so I have the rest of the weekend and all week to get it assembled and in the car. Possible as long as I don't hit any major snags (which always sounds easy, but never seems to happen)

The rest of you that are planning to attend have until tomorrow to save $10 off of the gate price. Otherwise it will be $55 and a whole lot of waiting come Friday morning on July 20th.

I will be saving parking spots on Thurs when I go to pick up my registration stuff. If you are attending and need a place to park let me know so I know how many spots to save. As of right now I think the following people plan to be there:

I'll be there but not in my car, nor will I be parking with you guys. (sorry)

I think I'm going to end up driving my buddies dad's car :o He's driving his old 79 pickup and letting me take the Tored (Bright Red) Charger Daytona. So I'm going to end up parking with him i'm sure. I doubt that he'll let me park it in the contour section :)

As far as my car goes I'm still waiting on an engine and to get my heads back. I checked out the first one that came in from Steve and it wasn't up to my standards. For a new block it must've been sitting for a while and the cylinder walls were actually pitted from where the rings had been sitting. It probably would've been fine after it turned over a few times as it seemed like light scratches but I don't wanna pay that kinda money and get a so-so "new" shortblock lol
 
Hey im going to be going with my contour this year (mustang is currently being worked on).

I plan to be parking with svtoatc so was wondering if you guys will also. SVTOATC will be sectioning off a row for them and you guys if you so wish to park with them. This way you guys have guaranteed spots.

Post up in the events section on svtoatc so we know how many to save spots for.

Yes I was planning on marking off some spots with Dan. I've been posting over there a little bit. However my screen name over there is SHOTIME2669.
 
Latest update, think I'm taking the probe :o

I'll be there Friday and Sunday. Bringin a few burgers and plenty of beverages, even though I think they were forecasting cooler weather then the last few years (cookers!)
 
Sweet. I'll have a small grill. I'm going to go pick a new one up tonight since my old one is crapping out. I'll be roping off some parking spots with Dan from SVTOA-TC. Not sure where it's going to be yet. However I'll know for sure tonight as I'm heading over there after work.
 
Hey Mike, be sure to rope me off a spot! Gonna try like hell to wrap things up to show up tomorrow afternoon but I might not be there until Saturday morning.

(Sigh) so many things to finish, too little time....

Alright I'm still not sure where the crap I'm gonna park. I do have the entire day off of work though so I'll try and get there earlyish. When are you going to try to get there mike?

I'm going to shoot for being there at 7am. Gates will open at 8am for participants. Gates for tickets open at 9am.

We'll see how it goes as I found my power steering decided to start leaking yesterday out of the blue. Looking at it I can't really tell. I'm going to have to drop the subframe to get a better look. So it's going to be an all nighter after I get home from my bowling league tonight at 9:30pm. Give me a call (I think you still have my number?) and we can try to meet up somewhere before heading in.

Hey Mike, im wondering if you could check out my car while at car craft this weekend to see where a clunking sound is coming from on my car. DanN and I have narrowed it down to something with the steering rack or subframe, but it started after the tranny swap and its definatly not the tranny though. Im cant figure it out and you seem to be a real expert with the CSVT's

I got there around tenish :D Enjoyed my morning off hehe.

I saw Mike and Tyler's car, Mike I saw you when you were driving by but other than that I didn't see you by your car or while I was walking around.

I won't be there tomorrow but I'll be back out there again sunday afternoon. I've got a family event to attend.
