Car drives crooked!

Would a bend in that part create some mild camber issues in the rear wheels? the inside tread of my rear left wheel runs down seemingly quicker than the rest of the tire.
Camber, not likely. Toe on the other hand, will definitely be changed which could cause your tire wear.
 
If anything a bent rear control arm would cause the camber to go positive as a bend shortens the distance between the bottom of the knuckle and the subframe. Positive camber will wear the outside of the tire, not the inside.
 
Yup, as mcgarvey says. Would affect camber but wrong way for the wear. When these cars get old, the bushings on those arms can wallow and relax and result in the bottom of tire moving out further producing the problem mentioned. Tempos used to do it bad. Generally though both tires do it unless one side has had the bushings freshened up.
