The reason you started getting flamed on was simple, you asked a ? about how much this would cost and got your answer, then said it was crazy. If you would have searched you would have known right away the answer. if it was so easy do you think other members on here would pay good money to have them made, no. once you pull open your lights getting them to reseal takes some skill or they will leak, once you cut holes in them and you mess up kiss them goodbye. the cheapie headlights we all know do not fit well which is why we like to get group buys for the factory lights, which are the best fitting and made for the tours, but are more expensive, again more searching you would also learn this.
since most members know this and realize that it is 1 hard and takes some skill, 2 if you mess the lights up you need to buy more then 3 you have a proven ceger do them for you and pay them, nuff said.

I hate that saying. Just cause I can afford expensive stuff doesn't mean I am ok with paying mroe than I have to.
The phrase should be modified, "If you have to ask how much it is with tax....You can't afford it."
I can't stand it when people ask me how much an expensive item is with tax. If you are worried that an extra 7% is gonna break the bank, then you should not be purchasing something that expensive. I work car audio at best buy part time, and I love the kids who come in looking for flip out screens to put in their cheapo car and have to make sure they have enough to cover tax. I have actually had a few flip outs left at the register because the customer was a few dollars short.
