Hey Guys,

I just noticed on one of my rear tire that I have a bump on the sidewall and it goes inside.

It's note a exterior bump, it's the sidewall that is not round.

I guess the tire is gone?

Thanks,

intravino

if it petrudes to the outside it is a sidewall shift, if it goes inside the tire, like a small dimple, its a mold mark...FYI

he is right. concave "bubbles" came from the factory like that. very common in cheaper tires(cheaper goodyears have this happen a lot). protruding bubbles cannot be fixed and the tire needs to be replaced

on that im not sure, i would think it could be seen right when they're new, but how often do you go over a brand new tire with a fine tooth comb ya know?

It is not a mold mark I think.

You really feel the tire caving in with your hand when you touch the sidewall.
