will this work on a 98 Mercury Mystique?

The kit for the 98+ Contour will fit the 98+ Mystique with minimal work. You might have some small gaps where the headlight meets the grille, due to the different shape of the Mystique grille, but I don't think it would be very noticeable, if at all.

check classifieds, im selling the AAS kit, which IMO is way nicer looking then that kit, the rear bumper on that kit is disgusting looking IMO

The kit fits perfect. I had absolutely no problems. The only issue was with the front kit itself, which was happened at extreme dimensions. The front passenger side flares out a little bit and thats an issue with the kit not with the car.

You should have no issues. If there is something wrong with the kit, return it, dont touch it, scratch it, or anything. I got stuck with a messed up kit b/c i drilled two holes.

Well, it is an extreme dimensions kit. 98-00 Ford Contour. They call it "Survivor". I bought it through a middle man and i dont think the place is around anymore. It was around $7XX shipped, i cant remember exactly b/c that was a year and a half ago.
