Figured I toss out some pics of a couple vehicles we have at the dealership where I work right now. The first is the BMW/Alpina B7, which near as I can figure is a tweaked and pimped 7 series. The engine is supercharged and the tech told me is 500 horse. I haven't checked the specs so don't kill me if that's not accurate.
Second is the Funkmaster Flex edition Expedition, which is basicly an Expedition with just a couple of special touches. Front and rear fascias are differnt and the sill covers as well, plus the painted trim inside, and each one is numbered on the inside. We have 3 of these things right now, and I have to say I do kind of like them, especiallythe backup camera. But enough words, on to the pics.

Hott, but a Expedition for 50k hell no I dont care who built it, Its better have a s/c under the hood for that price.

The Alpina is insane. There is one at the BMW dealership by my house. And they leave it parked outside . Only thing I'd change are the wheels. Not really feeling the flat finish or the color.

Posted about the Alpina almost exactly a year ago. Can't believe you guys have one up there! Aaron is correct. That blue is amazing.

Well, being the only BMW dealer north of Grand rapids in the state has some advantages. We've sold probably 4 or so new M5's, a few M6's, and I don't know how many M3's of all series we have come through there. In fact, in our showroom right now I believe we have an M6 coupe and M roadster. There is an Alpina Z8 that seems to be in about once a year as well. The down side is you get so used to seeing all these BMW's, they almost seem like just another car. Almost.

As for the price of the Expedition, that's really not that much over any other loaded up Expedition. I've seen plenty of them almost as nice as Navigators, and they can get steep in price pretty quick.

lol i used to work at BMW down here and i would see the Alpina B7 everyday in the blue color lol... the owner has a white one... and there has to be atleast 2 M6's and 4 M5's that came in to service basically every other day.... great cars but not for me... i might consider the E92 M3 but for that price ill go for the GT-R or IS-F (considering i work at lexus now)

BMW looks sweet!

Expedition doesn't look all that special... they've just changed some interior accents and added a different exterior paint job... Backup camera is starting to be seen more an more on newer SUV's and vans.... I'm sorry I wouldn't pay the extra amount for that "special" edition.

M3 & GT-R are at a completely different league then that of an IS-F..the IS-F just doesnt rub me the right way at all..in the end its a lexus, cant imagine it having that aggressiveness of a naturally aspired sports car

this summer i actually drove a b7 the amazing blue color you guys are talking about. its my girlfriends uncles he went to the bmw dealership and just bought the most expensive car they had he told me the diamond on the steering wheel turns on the supercharger haha... then he told me to drive it. so i took advantage of the situation....
