I have one question, what is it with Midwestern car dealers and adding their own badges to vehicles. I'd make them take it off it I was buying one from them. maybe thats just me.:shrug:

sorry to come into this thread but i am going sidetracking on it, haha...

I live in Elk Grove Village and I have seen a red on by Higgins and Barrington Road, as well as, a silver one right around there and that is it.

Towards Schaumburg i have seen another SilverFrost and a red one but that was back last summer and has died since.

So, besides Dave, whom i have met and visited and talked about these carros, who else wants to get together and have a mini NW burbs SVT meet and help each other out?

Just let me know, i can help and if i have questions i will glad to take opinions and such, let's keep the small community strong, yessir! :cool:

next in line for me, knauberizing and some day do the 5 speed trans, UIM/LIM rebuild and that is about it.

the red one, some older guy whos not on the boards that I know of, pretty sure he lives in Mt Prospect right by my parents house... see that guy alot.

around woodfield I've seen a silver one a few times during the friday night tuner cruising crap. worked over a bit, has some black striping down the side. looked quite nice.

naujcdl, I work in Elk Grove. I offer this up to just about everyone here. if you need a hand with work and your not too far from me [and supply beer], I will gradly drive out and help. I'm no super awsome mechanic, but an quite skilled at not breaking things I touch and knowing when to leave something alone.

I was having a meet at my place march 29 in elgin. This is a NECO meet but as always I extend the invitation to CEG... will be posting a seperate thread shortly.
 
Its looking like I may not end up getting this im getting fed up with this kid and the title situation or ill end up getting it and parting it .I still have a deposit down so I dont know.Fuz send me a pm if you want me to make this happen for you
