Black SVT in Hoboken

2 weeks ago (well, on Sept. 10 anyway), I saw a black SVT on Washington Ave. in Hoboken, and I was curious to see if it was someone from here ?

Just moved to Hoboken, and Contour in general are pretty rare in there !
