Battery terminals

As most of you know (or don't) I'm replacing my wiring harness. I noticed how bad my terminals are in shape and looking to replace them. But I'm not to sure on what I need. I know I need the terminals and a distrubution box. But which one(s): http://www.knukonceptz.com/productMaster.cfm?Category=Distribution / Fuse Blocks.:shrug:

I searched the old fourms w/ no avail. The closest thing I found was a battery relocation how-to. The replacement terminals are hooking up to the stock wiring. And could someone give a brief explaination of what I need to do. I'm pretty sure I'll manage on my own, but I don't want to hack up my new harness for no reason.

I haven't done this before...its in future planning though.

But it would help to know what exactly your doing. What all are you running directly from the battery? Do you want room to upgrade and add components at a later time as well?
 
Well, if it helps, most of it is going to be the stock wiring. I do have a 8 guage wire running to my amp and have a 12 guage(maybe 10) for my fog lights(aftermarket.)

I just want my battery terminals to look prettier than they do now. But like I said, I don't know what distribution box I need. Check the link on the first post to see the distribution boxes.
 
Why not just get 2 of these...

They will "pretty up" your terminals and they have 2 outputs for your (starter) and something else. You could just twist you power wires for the other things together and stick them in the extra output. Be sure you are running fuses in line with your aftermarket fogs/stereo.

(btw, i'm not a wiring guru or anything, but it seems that this would work fine.) for a second opinion (and where you'd porlably get more answers would be in the audio section, as they are more "wire" knowledgable.
 
Yea, I thought thats all I need but wasn't sure. I have fuses in-line for the fogs and amp already, so I'm good along those lines.
