Back window brake light

I had one of my little bulbs burn out and tried to replace it. The auto part stores i went to dont carry it and ford says you have to buy the whole friggin light bar for 50 buck. Are there any places to buy these little buggers or do i have to bite the bullet?

I bought the bulbs at Pep Boys. They come without the bulb holder and it's a bit hard to pull the old bulb out of the holder to re-use it. I don't remember the part number.

Bought mine from Advanceauto. I believe the number was 2723.

thanks guys. Advanced auto was the first place i went but they said they didnt have any. Seems to be a on piece bulb and plug but i'm gonna try to remove the bulb anyway.

They pull out. They are Hard to get out. That should be the number of bulb. They can order them at advanced Auto and have them the next day.

It is much easier if you wear surgical gloves or if you wrap the bulb with surgical gloves and use a pair of needle-nose pliers to grip it.

I believe the orignal ones called for 2721's
