Anyone Running Different Tips On Stock SVT Mufflers?

I know i saw long ago people placed larger tips on our mufflers.
At one point i was going to do the same..because i still wanted to use the svt mufflers since they still flow good cfms. At one point...i decided to not hack up my perfectly good 45k mufflers i had :crazy:

Yes it can be done...but don't forget half way through the exhaust tip..it curves downward and then outward. So...the tip your adding will have to be modified/cut to work on our svt exhaust tips.
 
Yeah, that's why I wanted to see how other people did it. The exhaust as it is is loud as everything has been gutted and the resonator is cut out. I mean, I want something Borla, but I don't want to spend the money either way when I've got other plans for the car.
